How does it work?
Enable the data feed of sales and transaction data.
Create Revenue Units aligned with your departments and locations.
Spot when you’re over-staffed for the revenue you’re generating — and adjust accordingly.
Set up your integration
- Ensure you have Administrator access in Planday (all departments, integrations enabled) and in Superb (rights to setup integrations and feed transactional data).
- In Superb: Navigate to Integrations → Staff management tools → Planday, click Connect, authorise the feed of revenue and transaction data.
- In Planday: Under Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue, create Revenue Units for each location or department you want to track.
- Map product groups in Superb to the Revenue Units in Planday. Choose whether to import all transactions or filter by date/department.
- Validate: Check the first day’s revenue data appears in Planday under the correct Revenue Units. Track shifts & labour cost against revenue for a week.
- Go live: Use the integrated data in your scheduling decisions, optimise cost vs revenue, and monitor through your dashboards.
