How does it work?
Enable Level in Planday and authorise secure data sharing.
Configure eligibility, payout rules and timing.
Employees can access part of their earned pay before payday.
Set up your integration
- Ensure you have Admin access in both Planday and Level
- In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Level and connect your account
- Map employee identifiers and wage settings so Level can calculate earned access accurately
- Test the connection: approve a few shifts in Planday and validate it generates correct earnings in Level
- Roll out to all eligible departments or locations — communicate launch benefits to staff to maximise uptake
