How does it work?

  • Create Revenue Units and connect them to the appropriate departments.

  • Map your product groups to Planday Revenue Units.

  • Identify profitable shifts, over-staffed periods or under-performing locations.

Set up your integration

  • Confirm you have Administrator access in Planday and setup rights in Favrit.
  • In Planday: Go to Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue. Create Revenue Units for your departments/locations.
  • In Favrit: Go to Company Settings → Integrations → Planday. Click “Log in at Planday” → Authorise the connection. Map product groups to your Revenue Units. Activate the integration.
  • Check your first sync: Revenue data from the previous day should appear in Planday under your Revenue Units. Then monitor over your first week to ensure mapping alignment and data accuracy.
