Offer a simple step-by-step flow: connect → map → act, making the process tangible and approachable.
Set up your integration
- Ensure you have Administrator access in Planday (across departments, schedules, integrations) and your Zettle account credentials.
- In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Overview → Zettle Go, click Connect, log into your Zettle account and authorise the feed.
- In Planday: Under Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue, create Revenue Units for each location or department you want to track. Ensure “Enter daily revenue” is enabled.
- In the integration settings: Map each Zettle account/register with the matching Revenue Unit in Planday. Configure import interval, tax inclusion and any other settings.
- Validate: Check that revenue appears under your schedule for business days (shifts must exist for revenue to import). Then roll out to full scale.
