  • Enable Wagestream in Planday and grant secure access.

  • Define access limits, eligible employees and payout rules to match your organisation’s strategy.

  • Employees view real-time earned pay — and access funds when needed.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure Admin access in both Planday and Wagestream
  • In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Wagestream, connect your account and approve data permissions
  • Ensure employee identifiers, roles and departments are correctly mapped to Wagestream
  • Run a small pilot: approve a few shifts and validate earnings appear correctly in Wagestream
  • Roll out to all eligible teams — communicate launch benefits to maximise adoption
