  • Tips are allocated automatically based on real approved hours from Planday.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure Administrator access in Planday and Tipjar
  • In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Tipjar and authorise the connection
  • Map roles, departments and employee identifiers to match your Tipjar tipping rules
  • Run a pilot: approve a few shifts in Planday, confirm tips flow into Tipjar correctly
