How does it work?
Sync Planday to Lightspeed Retail in a few simple steps.
Map your Lightspeed registers/outlets to the corresponding Revenue Units.
Revenue flows into Planday alongside labour data.
Set up your integration
- Ensure Administrator access in Planday (rights across departments, schedules, integrations) and corresponding access in Lightspeed Retail (R- or X-Series).
- In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Overview → Lightspeed Retail (R-/X-Series) → Click Set up and follow authorisation steps.
- In Planday: Under Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue, create your Revenue Units (one per location/department) and enable revenue tracking.
- In the integration settings: Map Lightspeed registers/outlets to the Revenue Units you’ve created. Configure import interval, number of days lookback, tax/inclusion settings.
- Run a test sync: Verify revenue appears for business days with scheduled shifts and all data aligns (department/outlet mapping, amounts).
- Once validated, roll out: Use the integration for live operations, monitor first week’s data for accuracy, refine mapping if needed.
