How does it work?

  • Your staff profiles, shifts and approved wage hours in Planday are connected to Hastee.

  • Once the data link is live, your staff can view eligible pay via Hastee’s mobile app when they need it.

  • Benefits linked to fewer pay-advance requests and improved staff wellbeing.

Set up your integration

  • Make sure you have Admin access in Planday so you can enable integrations and export wage/approved hours data.
  • In Planday: Navigate to Settings → Integrations, select Hastee, and authorise the data connection (employee profiles, approved shifts/wages).
  • In Hastee: Map the Planday feed, verify data mapping (locations, staff IDs, approved hours), and test with a pilot group.
  • Go live: Your staff can now access earned-wage-access via Hastee, and you’ll begin tracking improvements in engagement and administrative overhead.
