How does it work?

  • Your staff profiles, roles and approved shift hours are shared automatically.

  • FlexEarn uses the approved hours data to calculate how much an employee has earned.

  • Your team enjoys flexible access to pay, while you reduce back-office burden.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Administrator access in Planday for all departments, roles and approved shift data.
  • In Planday: Navigate to Settings → Integrations, select FlexEarn, and authorise the connection so that approved shift data, employee roles and departments sync to FlexEarn.
  • In FlexEarn: Map the Planday feed, verify data flow (employees + hours) and configure any thresholds or policies about earned-wage access for your organisation.
  • Validate: Run a pilot group, check that employees see the correct earned-pay figure and test the mobile experience.
  • Go live: Employees can now access part of their earned wages via FlexEarn, and your organisation starts tracking engagement metrics, wage-access uptake and retention impact.
