Set up your integration

  • In Planday: Admin → Settings → Integrations. Select Apicbase and click “Connect” to generate credentials.
  • In Apicbase: Go to Outlet Settings → Integrations tab → select Planday as the HR tool and paste App ID and Token.
  • Map your departments/units, import labour cost, and you’re live. The labour cost data will now flow into your Apicbase analytics.
