Set up your integration

  • Confirm you have Administrator access in Planday (roles, departments, API token).
  • In Planday: Go to Settings → API Access, select “Connect App”, and enter the All Gravy Application ID.
  • In All Gravy: Navigate to Integrations, select Planday, enter the client & token values, and click “Connect”.
  • Configure your settings: decide whether employees can access “completed shifts” or only “approved shifts”, set policies for pay-access, ensure payroll provider linkage.
  • Run a pilot: test with a group of employees, confirm earned-pay figures, check the mobile experience, ensure communication modules are live.
  • Go live: roll out across sites, monitor usage, leverage dashboard insights to track engagement uplift and financial-wellness uptake.
