Overview
Favrit is a POS system for hospitality businesses, where you can access everything from anywhere. All changes are automatically updated everywhere. With Favrit insights you can gain actual insight into your guests' buying pattern, so you can easily optimize your operations. When busy, all you need is another iPad or smartphone to get an extra POS. Perfect for the busy high season. Favrit's POS system is a comprehensive solution that can be used for everything from sales and operations to inventory management and accounting. The system is easy to set up and requires no technical knowledge or special hardware. Favrit is incredibly versatile and can run on virtually any equipment.
The integration between Planday and Favrit imports revenue from Favrit to mapped revenue units once a day. By comparing revenue data to labour costs you can make scheduling smarter and better optimised to your staffing needs.
How do I get started?
Before starting the setup, make sure revenue units are set up in Planday. You should ideally have one for each Favrit product group. Then make sure product groups are also set up in Favrit.
How do I activate the integration?
- In Planday, navigate to Settings > Integrations and choose Favrit from your list of integrations
- Click on “Authorize Planday”
- Type in your Planday portal name (e.g. companyname.planday.com) you want to enable the integration for and make sure to Authorize
- Back in Favrit, you’ll be shown a table for Product groups and Revenue units. Map these accordingly
- Remember to toogle the Enable/disable integration button and click Save
- The first sync will happen the day after you’ve finished the set-up.
