How does it work?
Barma synchronises your employees directly from Planday and adds them to Barma.
That means you can:
- View and manage all Planday features directly in Barma
- Stamp in and out on the front page of the app
- Automate creation of users in Barma
- Automate assignment of courses and chat groups
How do I activate the integration?
Barma helps new customers connect their Planday account to Barma and retrieve data from Planday to create users and departments in their LMS system.
The customer is responsible for enabling the API access in their Planday account. Barma's customer support then receives the API key and configures the integration on their integration platform. Barma's platform retrieves user data from Planday and can automate the creation of users into the right departments in Barma.
The integration regularly retrieves information about shifts, which is displayed in the Barma app, so users can stay updated about their shifts at all times with a single sign on. The integration runs every 30 minutes to ensure the data is up to date. When a company signs up for Barma, Barma's customer service team will work with them to set up the connection to Planday.
